The Community Furniture Stores currently have vacancies for new Trustee Board Members. We aim to find people with a range of business skills who are interested in the work of the charities over the wider North Yorks area. We would particularly like to hear from people with media/publicity and financial management/accountancy skills and we also wish to increase the diversity of the Board.
The role involves participation in 4-5 Board meetings each year along with our AGM. Meetings are held in the evening. There are also opportunities to serve on Committees or on specifc projects to support the work of the Stores, accroding to your particular expertise and interests.
